Learn to SCUBA Dive Sydney

With the increase in the quality of Sydney harbour and the resent shark sightings just go to show that to learn to dive Sydney is a great place to complete your scuba course!

Did you know that a scuba diver has not been taken on scuba in Sydney ever? So do not let that stop you from learning to dive in Sydney. We run courses 3 times a week we also have weekends away up north of Sydney or down south of Sydney. This makes a great get away once you have learnt to dive in Sydney. In over 15 years and with over 4000 dives and the majority completed in Sydney I would have to say that the chances of seeing a dangerous shark is very rare. In most cases the only sharks you see are Wobby Gong, Port Jakson and the criticaly endanged Gray Nurse Shark.  

We have a number of dive destinations and no matter what the weather is like you are going to be able to finish your course. From shelly Beach, Manly to Bare Island La Peruse you can always get a great dive in.

It is well known that people that learn to dive in very easy conditions like Thailand do not have the skills to deal with conditions that are unlike what they learn it.
Many times I have come across instructors that have always dived and worked in the tropics that would have a very hard time not panicking in even an easy dive in Sydney that people would learn to dive each weekend.
